..because it takes you easily from a just-starting-out stage to a somewhat more proficient level. I just recently started doing Ana and Ravi’s DVDs and I love them! I can tell you, I honestly have never felt this good! My body feels loose and light and completley pain free. My back and neck are perfection! I have loads more energy. I am perpetually in a really great mood! I sleep much better, and my appetite is down. When I am hungry I totally gravitate towards healthier food. According to my husband and family - I am a much better person to be around!!!!! I had been trying to get into yoga for the stress relief benefits but never found something I like as much as these DVD’s! So far I also have Dance the Chakras, Yoga Beauty Body, Yoga Bliss Hips, and Fat Free. All excellent as well.
